چکیده

Background and aims: Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a major cause of morbidity mortality among diabetic patients. This study aimed to compare investigate the effects high-intensity interval training (HIIT) moderate-intensity continuous (MICT) on oxidative stress as one key links in development DCM mice with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Forty male C57BL/6J were randomly assigned four groups equal number (Control, T2DM, T2DM+HIIT, T2DM+MICT). After induction HIIT MICT programs conducted 5 days week for 8 weeks. At end experimental period, blood heart samples collected subsequent measurements. Results: T2DM significantly up-regulated levels advanced glycation products (AGEs, P=0.001) expression 15-lipoxygenase (15-LOX, 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (4-HNE, compared controlled mice. weeks training, increased insulin (P<0.001) while reducing fasting glucose (P<0.001, P=0.024, respectively). On other hand, it was found that decreased AGEs (P<0.001), 15-LOX (P=0.006, P=0.019, respectively), 4-HNE (P=0.008 P=0.035, Conclusion: Our findings revealed exercise particularly MICT, will be highly helpful prevention through improvement metabolism reduction expression.

Effect of 4 Weeks Preconditioning with High Intensity Interval Training and Moderate Intensity Continuous Training on Brain Levels of TNF-Α and TLR4 in Male Wistar Rats

Introduction: Inflammation in the brain is known as neuroinflammation and increases TNF-α (Tumor necrosis factor alpha) secretion and activates the TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) pathway. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 weeks preconditioning with high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) and moderate intensity training (MICT) on TNF-α and TLR4 levels in male Wistar rats. THE EFFECT OF EIGHT WEEKS OF HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING ON CREB AND CRTC2 PROTEINS LEVELS IN SUBCUTANEOUS ADIPOSE TISSUE OF OBESE RATS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES

Background: Obesity and type 2 diabetes can impair the function of cells, including CREB and CRTC2 proteins, which are important for regulating adipose tissue metabolism. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on CREB and CRTC2 proteins levels in subcutaneous adipose tissue of obese rats with type 2 dia...
